Packhouse operation
Below, In 2006 we built our new premises on Cryers Rd in Southbridge, with two cool stores, a pack house , staff rooms and office facilities. Further adding a new office block in 2007, then in 2008 we built our new parsnip pack house and building.
In 2011 we finished our new 1000sq m potato cool store on our present site, alongside the other cool stores, keep an eye out for further developments.

Our Packhouse Operations is headed by Supervisor Adam Wong with Team Leaders assisting in the day to day operations. The two main crops that processed in the Packhouse are Potato and Parsnip. We have a comprehensive Quality Control Systems monitoring all aspects of these crops before packing into the bag. The Packhouse is professionally run to process and grade Potato and Parsnip according to the Stringent Quality Specifications meeting customer requirements.
Traceability is our key to ensure every bag of Potato and Parsnip that sent to the market is traceable by batch number and date of packing.
Our Quality Assurance systems ensure a final audit before goods are despatch.
