The classic roast spud, light, tasty and fresh. A perfect addition to your evening meal, or as leftovers the next day.
- 500g Oakleys Baby Golden Gourmets
- 2T Vegetable Oil
- 2T Assorted Fresh Chopped Herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary etc)
- Salt and Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius
- Place potatoes in a large roasting pan and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and herbs until evenly coated.
- Spread out potatoes in a single layer and roast for 30 minutes until tender when pricked with a fork.
- Serve with additional chopped herbs.
