Last week the gentlemen from the Rotary Club of Christchurch Sunrise paid us a visit and had a tour of the farm and our packhouse out in Southbridge. Led by Graeme Oakley, father of our founder Robin Oakley, they got to inspect all our machinery and crops up close. They loved having a look at where the fresh veggies on their plates come from.

Here you can see the fellas inspecting our potato sorting and washing machine. Pretty impressive right? Here is where we wash the spuds after they have been harvested from the paddock. They are then graded to see which ones are good enough for our customers and finally sorted by size. That’s how we get our baby and regular golden gourmet sizes.
